The scientist Hari Seldon, the founder of the new science of psychohistory, in his works proved the inevitability of the collapse of the Galactic Empire, which united millions of inhabited worlds. In order to prevent the civilization from falling into the abyss of impending chaos, Seldon developed a detailed plan for the restoration of the Empire.
