In the collection, regulatory materials and documents reflecting the legal specificity of the publishing activity of the Russian Academy of Sciences are first presented in a systematic form. The Academy paid and pays great attention to protecting its interests in the field of intellectual property, preparation and publication of fundamental scientific works, serial and continuing publications, as well as scientific periodicals. This is reflected in the charter of the Russian Academy of Sciences, decisions and orders of the Presidium of the Russian Academy of Sciences, in other regulatory documents submitted in the collection.
