This set includes school stories about jokers and inventors:
'Just what I needed' by Stanislav Sekretov - a series of funny and mischievous stories about the adventures of Misha Novikov, a student in the early grades. Every day is a new story about how the boy and his friends maintain a positive attitude and enthusiasm even in the most unpredictable situations. A beehive for his birthday from his parents, another failing grade, a fight with a classmate, unfinished homework (have you read 'The Adventures of Mark Twain'?), and unexpected guests... Misha will always find a way out of any situation! But, as luck would have it, things don't always go according to plan, and the hero finds himself sighing: 'Just what I needed!'
'I'll show you' - a continuation of the collection 'Just what I needed'. Misha Novikov is back, and he'll show you something! He'll win a gold medal in wrestling competitions, prepare seven reports on the natural world, and even make it onto the school's Honor Board. But our 'excellent student' doesn't always have everything go smoothly. For example, a classmate let him cheat, and then told the whole school about it in an interview with a popular magazine: now everyone knows what happened! The homeroom teacher called his parents, but the embarrassing fact got lost in the depths of memory: it seems someone has problems... He and his friend decided to trick the grading system, but it turned out to be smarter: there are more failing grades in the diary again. Misha hasn't figured out how to fix all of this yet, but maybe you can give him some advice?
The novella 'Multiple Worlds of Lonya Skvorechnikov' by Zhenya Boldt will introduce you to eleven-year-old Lonya, who can be anyone: a taxi driver, a battleship, an unpublished book, a lonely crab, a sleeping beauty, and even a zombie champion. And all for one reason - to make Lisa, his best friend and desk neighbor, stop being mad at him and become friends again. Even though the reason for her anger is unknown, it's not that important to our hero: in the name of friendship, he is ready for any transformation!
For younger and middle school age.
