The first part of this "practical leadership" is devoted to history, main theoretical models and clinical and psychological diagnosis of post-traumatic stress. A review of studies on this issue and Russian-speaking versions of clinical and psychological techniques are most common in world practice. The presented component of the methodology was adapted, was tested and for many years was used in the laboratory of psychology of post-traumatic stress of the Institute of Psychology of the Russian Academy of Sciences.
