The book of an outstanding representative of the Russian bibletik Akim Alekseevich Olesnitsky "Guide to the study of the Holy Scriptures on the creations of the Holy Fathers" is also a brief, but solid course on the Orthodox Isaagogic. The course is compiled on the basis of traditional patristic views on time, authorship and circumstances of writing holy books of the Old and New Testaments and, thus, has a strictly Orthodox, church character.
