Mikhail Konstantinovich Lemke (1872 - 1923) was a Russian historian of Russian journalism, censorship, and the revolutionary movement. In August 1914, he was called up for military service. From September 25, 1915, to July 2, 1916, he served as a military censor at the headquarters of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief. After the February Revolution, in 1917-1918, he was the head of the Expedition for the Procurement of State Papers. From 1919, he was a member of the central editorial board of Gosizdat. The edition of 30 copies was produced using print-on-demand technology.
