Arcangelo Corelli (1653-1713) was an outstanding Italian violinist and composer, considered the founder of the Italian violin school. His violin sonatas, written at the end of the 17th century and compiled in his Opus 5, are among the best works of violin music from the pre-classical era. The first volume contains the full score of twelve sonatas (for keyboard). The second volume, included, contains the violin part for the twelve sonatas. This collection is intended for violinists, students, and music educators.
