Description:
The main active ingredient of milk thistle is silymarin - a unique complex of powerful antioxidants (flavolignans). Thanks to this, milk thistle oil is able to protect liver cells from various adverse factors.
Silymarin prevents toxic substances from penetrating liver cells and breaks down other poisons before they can have their harmful effects. It is the only known natural compound to date that protects liver cells and restores their functions.
An important feature of milk thistle oil is that it removes all harmful substances from the body while preserving all the beneficial components. Milk thistle oil is recommended for use in cirrhosis, cholangitis, chronic hepatitis, and various liver damage.
Application:
Take 1 teaspoon twice a day 30 minutes before meals for 30 days. After a week-long break, the course can be repeated. It can be used to dress vegetable dishes, porridge, soups, and other prepared dishes.
Thermal processing should be avoided to prevent loss of nutritional value!
In cosmetology:
To care for dry, flaky, aging skin, apply slightly warmed milk thistle oil to the face, neck, and décolleté area. After 30 minutes, rinse with warm water. Milk thistle oil strengthens hair and promotes growth. Mix the oil with shampoo or hair conditioner in a ratio of 1:10, apply to the hair, massage into the scalp, and leave on for 10 minutes. Then wash your hair with shampoo.
Storage conditions:
Store at a temperature of 0°C to 20°C and relative humidity not exceeding 70%, without direct sunlight. After opening the consumer packaging, it is recommended to store the oil in a cool, dark place.
