What to do?
First you need to lay out all the cards with a shirt up, and then turn over two in turn.

If they have the same pictures - the participant takes both cards and leaves it until the end of the game.
If the pictures are different - they need to be returned back with a shirt up.
Play until the cards on the table end. After that, calculate the number of cards pairs. Whoever has more of them is declared the winner!
